Return Policy – Because Love Makes Adoption Profiles is providing a digital file, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are available. Please make sure you have access to Adobe inDesign and feel comfortable using the program before purchase. If you find you are unable to complete your profile using the template purchased, you may apply the total paid to LM's Semi-Custom option and have LM create the profile for you.
Support – Purchase of template does not include technical support for the files provided. This includes inDesign support for adding your personal photos or writing to the template, or support in opening files and downloading or installing fonts. Please make sure you are comfortable using Adobe inDesign before purchasing.
